SIMPLE OAT WAFFLES

INGREDIENTS

 

2 1/2 C. oats

1 1/2 C. water

1 1/2 C. soymilk or almond milk

3 Tbsp. olive oil

1/2 tsp. salt

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. I used my high-power VitaMix.

 

2. In a preheated waffle iron, bake waffles according to manufacturer's instructions.

 

3. Serve warm.

 

Serves 3.
